The Operations Leadership team is looking for a new Vice President of Franchise Hotels, based either in our Munich Head Office or in Home Office in Germany. In this role, you will have responsibility for a network of Franchise hotels for Eco, Midscale & Premium brands in DACH. Together with the Development department and Operational colleagues, you will lead and drive the strategy of Franchising and ensure the successful performance and development of the Franchise Network.

Your main responsibilities include:

• You are responsible for the growth of Franchisee Fee income
• You will ensure the effective implementation of the franchise agreements, and suggest changes and improvement to protect the interests of Accor whilst respecting the needs of the Franchisees.
• You will monitor brand standards, collaborate with operational teams, and actively promote our brand quality policy to ensure network consistency and brand identity, while driving areas for improvement
• You will drive Accor’s product and service recognition within the Franchise network, actively demonstrate expertise, and highlight the added value of belonging to Accor group to Franchisees.
• Support the Franchisees in developing a business strategy for their hotels. Contribute to the results for the Franchise network by:
  • Guiding the hotels in the Brand standards and policies
  • Advise on the proper market positioning and pricing
  • Foster the exchange of best practices between the hotels

• You will Lead the franchisee from the start of the agreement, offer the best advice in the interest of both parties
• Your represent our company with Key Franchise Groups.
• You support integration of new franchisees into Accor and our network
• You identify development opportunities for Franchising Accor brands and F&B (Food & Beverage) concepts.

Your experience and skills include:

• Extensive Hotel or Operational experience. 
• Experienced in management of a sizeable number of branded hotels (ideally across a number of Premium, Midscale & Economy brands) with strong organisational skills.
• Natural coach/mentor who enjoys developing people and delivering results through others.
• Effective leader with ability to inspire and communicate at the highest levels.
• Ability to analyse, anticipate & adapt
• Proactive and decisive.
• Strong and proven financial acumen.
• Ability to develop clear strategic plans and business objectives, which balance medium- and short-term business needs.
• Ability to deliver under pressure, resistance to stress, strong drive, and energy
