Job Description

Within the Global Corporate Communications Department, the Senior Communications & Website Manager (CDI) will manage the Group's corporate website and a range of corporate content communication projects in tune to the Group strategy, ensuring that content and communications are aligned with strategy, provide a modern and engaging experience, contribute to communications impact and objectives, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Main Missions:

Group Corporate Website Management:

  • Manage the News & Media section of the website:  develop content and layouts, upload content, define and implement ways to showcase and promote content
  • Manage content production, structure & layout, and update of evergreen website sections, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies & partners
  • Identify ways to improve the website user experience and manage implementation of website evolution projects (new templates, page design, structure, linking and animation…), in coordination with the internal tech teams and outside agencies
  • Lead and manage monthly newsletter and regular news alerts:  approach, calendar, layout, content, KPIs…
  • Oversee and monitor the website on a daily basis to refresh and optimize communications impact, correct errors, as well as liaise with the tech teams who manage the functioning and troubleshooting of the technical platform for the corporate website and who support the technical implementation of our website communications strategy
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and key indicators, including SEO and using tools such as Google Analytics… Provide regular reporting and propose action plans to improve performances
  • Participate in the elaboration of the website strategy and communications approach, with the VP Content Strategy & Development

 

Corporate Content Development & Communications:

  • Manage corporate content development projects, including:
    • Construction of brief (objectives, content & key messages, format, comms plan)
    • Management of all steps for content production and planning
    • Lead of production and validation process in respect of deadlines, budget & quality
    • Coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies & contacts
    • Projects covering strategic content to newsflow content, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, infographics, motion designs, editorial content, interviews, group presentation assets, etc…
  • Participate in the definition and coordination of communication plans for content developed (concept presentations, assets toolkit, coordination of deliverables & of the 360° Comms plan for different channels as relevant per project)
  • Analyze and prepare KPI reporting on projects led

 

Participation in other corporate communications projects as relevant

  • Participation in other corporate communication projects of the team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Strategic monitoring & study for new content formats & trends to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Level of Studies:  Bac +4/5, ideally IEP (Sciences Po) or Business School
  • Professional Experience: 
    • 5-8 years of professional experience in marketing/communications
    • Must have prior experience in digital marketing/communications and website management
    • Experience in both strategic and operational marketing/communications as well as project management
    • Experience in leading content creation projects in range of formats, including videos, texts, infographics…
  • Languages: 
    • Bilingual English/French,
    • Or English native language mastery and fluent French
    • Note: All work is done in English, so the candidate must have a true mastery of English
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Rigueur, strong sense of organization and orientation for detail
    • Capacity to understand strategic stakes in a range of areas (finance, sustainability, brands, digital…) and translate them into impactful communications
    • Strong analytical skills and spirit of synthesis
    • Strong Writing skills
    • At ease in a fast-evolving environment managing a variety of tasks
    • Previous experience and ease with CMS tools. Training and onboarding for specific CMS and analytics tools will be provided.
    • Mastery of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
    • Previous experience in hospitality or knowledge of the sector would be a plus
