Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in various projects and tasks related to the Fairmont Global marketing & brand team. The position also includes managing all administration related work and supporting the VP of Brand & Marketing in day-to-day tasks through the ability to comfortably interact with key departments, combined with excellent time management skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail are essential criteria for this position.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the VP Marketing & Brand, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in implementing and rolling out the brand guidelines and strategy across the brand portfolio.
- Assist with local and international agency RFP, contracting and management process.
- Assist in the creation of marketing material and toolkits for targeted audience and manage distribution and proactively disseminate this information.
- Manage the media and brand assets library and ensure it is up to date.
- Act as key liaison with the finance department and ensure all purchase requests and invoices are processed as per the company policy and standards.
- Assist the VP of brand & marketing in managing the annual budget files and ensure keeping all tracking related files up to date.
- Liaise with hotel-based marketing team to collate monthly marketing activities reports.
- Manage administration activities for the department and the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Database management software.
- The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations of from each property.
