Job Description

To provide support in Front Office, F&B service, Kitchen and Housekeeping team while gaining hands-on experience in guest service and creating the best guest satisfaction. The trainees will develop professional communication and problem-solving skills while learning the standards of hospitality service.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a University/College/Learning Institution in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.

  • Strong interest in the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

  • Positive attitude, service-minded, and team-oriented.

  • Professional grooming and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Previous internship or work experience in hospitality is a plus.
