Role: Business Development Analyst

· Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in strategy consultancy or industry research role (if Bachelor degree, then the years of solid experience shall extend to 6+)

· Possess strong analytical and conceptual mind to well-prepared business proposals

· Capable in collecting information through all sources (from desk research to data science) with solid interviewing skills

· Highly motivated in solving B-to-B industry business insight gaps

· You have healthy curiosity and persistence in collecting information, especially conducting field interviews

· You are proactive, dynamic and have strong desire to develop

· Passionate by technological developments (from material science to I.O.T) and have the strategic vision to turn them into business opportunities

· A change champion that makes processes to a success based on own empathy and resilience

· Strong communication skills (presentation & PowerPoint), negotiation and conviction power

· Speak English fluently. Any other languages are value-added.

· Willing to travel from time to time
