Job Description

Role: Quality Assurance Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

· Responsible to adopt and execute the QA strategy, rules and policies

· Responsible to perform analysis of business requirements and system specifications

· Work directly with cross-functional business analyst team to understand the business requirements

· Support QA plans, process control and procedures to ensure product/solution meet the specified quality and standards.

· Create and execute test plans and test cases/scripts based on business requirements captured in functional design documents and validating test results

· Responsible to perform software testing, documents results and follows-up with developers on bug fixes before business testing

· Coordinate and support Functional User Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

· Log, track, verify and compile testing results

· Assists with application troubleshooting and support defect identification.

· Document all phases of system QA process including capturing testing issues/defects and resolution of software defects.

· Communicate on testing progress, results and risks with business testers and IT developers

· Support QA lead in conducting trainings to business team on best practices, aim to make business responsible for managing their own quality standards.
