Job Description
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members.
Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee daily department operations, ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinate with managers across departments regarding new team members.
Partner with HR on best practices, global initiatives, volunteer offboarding, and performance feedback while attending monthly team meetings and completing additional duties as assigned.
Attend team meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Must be available to volunteer 12-15 hours a week.
Based in the USA and able to work set hours (neg).
