Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic HR team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with key business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives support the growth and development of the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources practices and be comfortable working in an evolving environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership teams to define HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational performance and culture.
  • Benefits Administration:  Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, PTO, and other perks.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing performance issues, conflicts, and providing guidance on workplace policies and procedures. Evaluate and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive within the industry and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, restructures, or process improvements.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Learning & Development: Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs, driving continuous learning and career development opportunities.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements in HR programs, processes, and policies.
  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, maintaining a compliant and ethical work environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and other third-party providers to manage benefit plans, resolve issues, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and other third-party providers to manage benefit plans, resolve issues, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training & development.
  • Strong familiarity of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be experienced in working with employees at satellite locations & multiple states.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Expertise in benefits administration.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of independent judgement and engagement with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on solutions and achieving results.
  • High degree of attention to detail and organization a must.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Proficiency with ADP’s Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Working experience with social media platforms.
