Job Description

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing project activities, writing proposals, and supporting implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise software—preferably in IWMS, CMMS, or Asset/Facilities Management systems—and the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team to design and implement solutions.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to pre-sales efforts with clear documentation and solution outlines.
  • Develop workflows, process documentation, and user stories to support configuration and testing.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Support change management activities and foster adoption of new systems.
  • Lead small to mid-sized project teams, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a client-facing role implementing enterprise software.
  • Experience with IWMS, CMMS, ERP, or similar enterprise applications strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • U.S.-based; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Archibus or similar workplace/facility management platforms.
  • Knowledge of space management, asset management, maintenance management, or real estate management processes.
  • Proposal writing and business development support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information

Pay range is $90,000 - $150,000
