AboitizPower is the holding company for the Aboitiz Group's investments in power generation, distribution, retail and power services. It has several hydroelectric and geothermal assets in its generation portfolio and also has non-renewable power plants located across the country. The company also owns distribution utilities that operate in high-growth areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The HR Supervisor is responsible for designing and supporting initiatives, projects, and regular activities related to Culture and Engagement. The position actively collaborates with AboitizPower leaders, subsidiaries, and service providers.

• At least 3 years related experience
• Experience in handling culture and engagement strategies, an advantage
• Experience handling and managing projects and events
• Bachelor's degree in any course
• Competencies include HR Strategic Planning, Employee Engagement, Org Effectiveness and Development, and Culture Building
• Good in graphic design and internal communications, an advantage
