Our Resident Services invest in the long term success of some 4,100 parents, children, seniors and people with special needs by offering its mission-critical social services programming at 18 residential locations. For families, these complimentary services aims to break the cycle of economic entrenchment through the provision of life skills and job readiness workshops for parents, as well as after-school academic enrichment, college preparatory and scholarship programs for youth and young adults. Specialized services aim to help seniors and people with special needs achieve self-sufficiency and retain their housing. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Services Coordinator for Seniors. As part of the Abode Communities family, you will have opportunities for growth, and be able to work with the best in the affordable housing industry, as our program is thoughtfully growing.

Our Resident Services program provides a fast-paced environment that develops relationships, empowers seniors, and collaborates with other non-profits and government programs to support, create and deliver on site programs and services.

Candidates must have specific technical experience working with chikdren and/or seniors and a bachelor’s degree, but must also have a natural ability to connect with a diverse population. Using innovation and creativity to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident capacity, housing retention and overall health.

Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance required.
