Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements, API integration agreements, marketing agreements, and NDAs.
- Support operator/vendor onboarding from a legal and documentation perspective.
- Assist in maintaining and updating platform legal documents such as Terms & Conditions,
- Privacy Policy, and Refund/Cancellation policies.
- Provide legal support to internal teams including Business, Marketing, Product, Finance
- and Operations.
- Draft replies to legal notices and assist in handling consumer or vendor disputes.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and other legal proceedings when required.
- Maintain contract trackers, legal documentation records, and dispute trackers.
- Assist in reviewing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for legal compliance.
Qualifications
• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial legal work
• Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (preferably tech / e-commerce / platform
companies)
• Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of contract law and commercial transactions
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
