Job Description 

The Paid Media Coordinator is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are supported on a variety of channels (social, display, and online video) for Abercrombie & Fitch North America brands. This associate will work closely with internal creative design teams, as well as with external partners, to drive brand-right consumer experiences that achieve campaign-specific KPIs. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and highly organized.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Team up with media channel leads to understand the product and promo strategies and messaging for each season across all channels and placements
  • Manage all paid media creative requests from internal creative, audio, and organic social teams.
  • Partner with copy, audio, creative and product channel marketing teams for seasonal and weekly media creative requests via JIRA
  • Compiling applicable information for audio execution across a multitude of partners
  • Approve final creative assets and ensure they meet brand expectations
  • Accountable for trafficking creative and linking strategy to media agency on time
  • Own the Q&A process for ensuring 100% accuracy of creative requests, creative outputs, ad placements, and linking strategy with overall business standards and strategic direction
  • Responsible for sharing messaging, organic, promo and creative shifts with media agency on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct ongoing competitor creative analysis and share findings with channel leads
  • Responsible for invoice & PO management for all paid media spend

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
  • Digital marketing interest &/ experience in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus
  • Familiar with display marketing platforms, tactics, & vendors, preferred
  • Familiar with social media advertising products preferred
  • Proven track record of working across & within a matrixed structure - creative, analytics, agency & platform partners preferred
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
