Project Coordinator, Stores & Connected Platforms

Company Description

As a part of the Stores & Connected Platforms team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of operational projects within our global environment. You will be a key contributor toward leading delivery functions related to our Store Infrastructure by coordinating and communicating project milestones, coordinating implementations partners, and ensuring implementation components are completed within scope and budget.  

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Support the global deployment of technology for both New Store and Evergreen initiatives, ensuring operational continuity with minimal disruption.
  • Contributing member to a team of project coordinators ensuring proper project progression, communication, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Technical and Store Operations Leaders to define project objectives, scope, and potential impacts, highlighting areas of project crossover.
  • Assist with the development of project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, goals, objectives, and change requests, seeking opportunities to optimize efficiency through bundled deployments.
  • Coordinate resources, both personnel and materials, to ensure readiness for implementation.
  • Assist in creating project status and budget reports to communicate progress with business and technology leaders.
  • Participate in selecting and overseeing Services partners capable of delivering exceptional results for Store Infrastructure initiatives.
  • Help establish service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure vendor performance aligns with expectations for Store Infrastructure implementations.
  • Identify potential risks during implementation and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project timelines and outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor and report on implementation progress, adjusting plans as needed to maintain initiative alignment and success.

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • 3-5+ years’ experience working with project management, supporting cross-functional teams, including setting standards for development, training, and operational leadership.
  • High-level understanding of Project Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
