Job Description 

The Styling Coordinator is an entry level position supporting our A&F Omni Styling Team (campaign and stores). The Styling Coordinator needs be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and work well on a team. They must be able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and be knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and fashion industry.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

Studio Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Omni Stylist/Lead Stylist to create an ongoing priority list and assisting in prepping/organizing appropriate merchandise/racks to maximize shoot efficiency
  • Keeping track of samples (between flat sets and retouching, between campaign and floorsets) and maintaining and organizing the sample closet (including washing before and after shoots)

Visual Responsibilities 

  • Attending assortment reviews and sample passes with Stylist, Marketing Captain and Product Strategy; hanging and organizing samples; monitoring and obtaining late / missing samples
  • Partnering with Visual and the campus store and making copies of missing samples
  • Executing detailed form photos and campaign outfitting photos pertinent to styling documentation based on the outfitting created by Styling team; sharing with cross-functional team members
  • Auditing form base placements (steaming and heights) prior to any in-store update/signoff
  • Assisting with the packing and shipping of campaign photo shoot trunks; unpacking and reorganizing samples upon return
  • Supporting the efficiency and organization of the prop/accessory closets (shoes, accessories, undergarments)
  • Occasional opportunities with assisting (prepping racks, dressing talent) on in-house photo shoots (Kids’ Chase, Trend Edits, etc.) and on-figure product (OFP)
  • Auditing and ensuring styling kits and supplies are in-stock

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Fashion, Marketing, or related creative field preferred) or related experience
  • 0-2 years' experience in a styling support or visual merchandising role, preferably within a fast-paced cross-functional team
  • Ability to be organized, self-motivated and passionate about branding and the e-commerce landscape
  • Strong communication skills including being team-oriented, positive, proactive and business-savvy
  • A desire to stay up to date on e-commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to the A&F’s competitive landscape
