Job Description 

The Transportation Coordinator will provide operational & clerical support across the ANF Transportation department. This includes completing administrative and strategic activities as it relates to claims, freight audit & payment and reporting.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Audit and cost-allocate transportation invoices in a timely manner to resolve invoice exceptions.
  • Serve as a daily operational contact for both internal partners and Service Providers as it relates to invoices, payment and reporting.
  • Identify problems within the billing network; work with key stakeholders internally and externally to implement resolution in a timely fashion
  • Make a positive impact on the business by keeping Expense Management and overall customer experience at the forefront of decision making
  • Display a working knowledge of transportation services, such as International Ocean, International Air, Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, and Small Parcel
  • Contribute to meetings with ANF Transportation service providers
  • Support optimizing the relationship with ANF third party auditor, participate in meetings and help prioritize ad hoc issues/projects
  • Provide a line of sight to expense for transportation cost

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft applications, primarily Excel and Word
  • Willingness to leverage data and analytical tools to make decisions
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively
  • Financial and Supply Chain background experience a plus
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities
  • Open-minded with the ability to think creatively about how to overcome challenges and evolve processes
