Located in Columbus, OH the Returns Product Analyst will be responsible for delivering insights on opportunities and performance across Digital Checkout and Returns experiences, and for implementing action against these opportunities.  This role will be responsible for helping our teams meet our objectives in the returns space including reducing overall returns, making our returns more efficient, and optimizing customer experience within returns. 

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Support OKR’s related to return rate such as:
    • Overall/branded return rate, product return rate, regional return rates, considering both product and non product drivers
  • Discovering insights and take them to action/resolution on both the product and technical side of the business by partnering with relevant business process owners
  • Set up alerting and supporting processes to proactively react to high returning items
  • Leading cross functional working sessions to discover, implement, and inform as needed
  • Create and manage analytics and reporting supporting the above objective, and provide reporting out to key business leaders on returns key results
  • Monitor, scope, and execute resolutions to ad-hoc issues impacting returns and other return related issues with subject matter experts across the business
  • Create / Support business case creation when needed to enable action, working with finance and project management teams
  • Utilize PowerBI, Snowflake and other dashboard tools to identify trends and share out ongoing business performance results.
  • Identify insights using data and construct visualizations of data using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel Pivot Tables.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using lean, six sigma, DMAIC, and other related problem solving methodology

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • BA or BS in business, product development, information systems, or field related to digital retail (Fashion/Apparel experience a plus)
  • Experience using dashboard such as PowerBI, Snowflake, or similar tools.
  • 3 - 5 years of digital product, digital transformation, retail industry, or related experience
  • History of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technical teams, product teams, and analytics teams.
  • Experience creating successful business cases with adequate ROI to proceed to implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with in Agile environment with competing priorities and prioritize according to business need and industry trends
  • Ability to communicate nuanced concepts in a way appropriate for executive leadership
