What Will You Be Doing? 

As a APAC Tech Support role in Abercrombie & Fitch Co., you will play a crucial role in IT daily support from our stores and office. You’ll work closely with different IT teams both domestic and with HO IT team.  Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for effective communication with stakeholders.

In-country APAC Tech Support:

  • Support New In-store Technology: Provide assistance for new in-store technologies introduced by CDIP, such as Shopdog, customer loyalty, printers, MDM and the 4G routers. 

  • Support New Store Openings: Focus on implementing and supporting the above in-store technologies for new store openings in Mainland China (MLC). 

  • Support Shanghai Home Office (SHO) and Vendor Coordination: Offer support to the Shanghai Home Office and coordinate with vendors, with an emphasis on the new in-store technologies mentioned above. 

 

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • 3 years of IT supporting roles in retail or relevant industries/companies 

  • Basic knowledge in local Windows and Mac users support, Network L1 support. 

  • Basic knowledge in ADS, related experiences in dealing with MDM. 

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
