Job Description 

The A&F Co. Sustainability team is responsible for aiming to positively impact the communities it touches around the world and to implement programs and initiatives that build value for all stakeholders. The Regulations Reporting Analyst will be responsible for tracking the on-going, emerging ESG regulatory landscape in the US, EU, and globally to identify and analyze reporting requirements to ensure A&F Co.'s on-going preparedness and compliance.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Track the on-going, emerging ESG regulatory landscape in the US, EU, and globally to identify and analyze reporting requirements to ensure A&F Co.'s on-going preparedness and compliance
  • Support our ongoing ESG initiatives by collaborating internally and cross functionally across the organization to collect, analyze and report data in support of regulatory disclosures
  • Team up with Sustainability and Financial Reporting to improve internal data controls and process to support the collection of Sustainability KPI's progress for public disclosure requirements
  • Partner with IT and various teams to improve the efficiency of data collection, existing systems and connectivity to promote a consolidated source
  • Project manage the performance of the A&F Co. double materiality assessment, including data collection across multiple teams, identification of existing process and address any process gaps identified along the way
  • Engage with stakeholders in the environmental space, including trade associations, brands, service providers, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or related experience 
  • Broad knowledge in ESG with a proven track record of responding to sustainability ratings, rankings and setting sustainability goals, with realized benefits through program implementation
  • Oversee a diverse set of reporting resources and help drive the transformation of the current sustainability reporting structure
  • 5 years of professional experience in Sustainability, ESG /Compliance Reporting, or Project Management is preferred
  • Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint familiarity with ESG dashboard platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and associated timelines on a parallel track to prioritize various workstreams
  • Experience managing external vendor partnership as well as data collection, validation and assurance
  • Familiarity with apparel business and supply chain operations preferred
