(Associate) Supervisor – Ecommerce - China

Job Description 

 The Associate Supervisor will work with the manager to grow our Tmall/JD.com and future other EC business in China.  The primary focus will be assisting the Tmall flagship store/JD.com flagship store promo & operations to ensure results are delivered.  He/she will work closely with external teams such as TP, media & databank agency, and internal teams on Products, Planning/Promo, Brand Marketing, CRM, and Data Analytics.

What Will You Be Doing? 

Tmall/JD.com operations

  • Work with TP and other 3rd party agency to continuely improve Tmall store/JD.com store operation effiency and drive sales/AUR/Margin growth of Tmall/JD.com
  • Work with cross-fucntional team and resonsible for visual assets managements for Tmall flagship store and JD.com flagship store
  • Daily monitor Tmall/JD.com sales data, marketing data, etc and timely adjust a feasible improvement plan
  • Assist in Tmall flagship store/JD.com flagship store full-year promo planning, execution, reporting and analysis
  • Work with TP to improve customer service quality and handle AIC cases by working with internal cross-funtional team
  • Handle administrative finance/payment tasks

 

Tmall/JD.com marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing team and marketing agency to support the paid media and content marketing planning and performance delivery
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing team on carrying out brand campaigns on Tmall

  • Tmall/JD.com industry/key competition intelligence

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years Tmall/JD.com operation experience, paid median and content marketing experience as plus, preferably with international fashion retail/lifestyle brands
  • Strong collaborator, result/solution-driven, analytical, resilient, effective communicator in Chinese and in English– both verbal & written
