The APAC Creative Lead is focused on developing seasonal brand campaigns as well as product stories for both APAC A&F and HCo (with a portion of partnering with GHO creative teams).  In particular for China market, the APAC Creative Lead will ensure the content is on-brand and relevant to local consumers while holds a high level of consistency across all our communication channels (stores, EC platforms, social etc)

 

A successful candidate will have a passion for the brands and for our customers, a strong eye for aesthetic, layout and copy lines, understand current style and fashion trends, and strong leadership and communication skills.

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

 

  • For locally produced content – brand campaigns, seasonal priority product marketing and etc – for omni channels’ commnucation
  • Manage end-to-end process, from creative concept development through production (partnering with regional marketing team and GHO creative team when necessary): provide creative proposal based on profound consumer insight and campaign brief; deliver content (shooting/ art design/ copy lines etc.); adaptation to fit Omni channels’s format/needs; oversee production process etc.
  • Ensure alignment with GHO on overall output
  • For GHO creative produced content (e.g. seasonal product marketing content)
  • Provide input to GHO team on regional relevance consideration
  • For day-to-day regional creative content management:
  • Collaborate with regional marketing (along with external agency partners) to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels (e.g. EC stores, WeChat posts, EC social content – short videos etc), on the aesthetic sensitivity required to judge layout, type, copy, photography and video etc.
  • This role will report to: APAC Marketing Head

  • Stay current on latest Global brand style/guideline by maintaining a close relationship with GHO creative team
  • Maintain an intimate understanding of the brand and customer and stay up-to-date on industry trends and other retail brands

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising or related field required
  • 6+ years of creative & art direction experience in fashion retail or related industry
  • Experience working in an iconic, branded environment for an international organization
  • Experience leading a whole creative team supporting omni channels’s content creation - from concept development, to shooting and design execution, and last output thru print production or digital channels presentation
  • A strong eye for quality and trend as it relates to the Abercrombie & Fitch and HCo brands
  • Experience collaborating with large international, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English - listening, speaking, reading and writing
