Assistant Analyst, Social Media Operations - Remote

Job Description 

We are currently seeking an operations assistant who will support the social media strategists in publishing content across all platforms for all five of our brands. The assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all planned content is approved, scheduled, and published across each brand’s social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. They will work closely to support the strategy and creative teams in bringing content to life on social channels. The successful candidate is highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and executes with speed. 

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Schedule and publish all social content across all applicable platforms, including all necessary product and account & location tagging 
  • Use marketing technology & content management platforms (i.e. Airtable, Dash Hudson) on a daily basis to schedule automated content  
  • Manually publish all non-automated content (i.e. Instagram Stories & Reels) natively through the platforms 
  • Maintain necessary tracking standards for social links to maximize social traffic/sales  
  • Attend weekly creative review meetings with leadership to ensure all feedback & updates are reflected in final content being posted 
  • Lead weekly QA meetings with social pods to align on approved creative & copy before scheduling the content to go live 
  • Stay up to date with platform capabilities and learn how to work with new updates as they launch 
  • Social device/phone will be provided 
  • Organize all teams to support execution needs; utilize new and existing tool set 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience  
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing or social media management experience  
  • Availability to be “on-call” at any time given the nature of the platforms to address any issues with our social platforms 
  • Familiarity with current and emerging social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)  
  • Familiarity with project management and social sharing tools 
  • Outstanding communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented and organized 
  • Flexible and capable of changing and adapting to accommodate internal and external circumstances 
  • Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn 
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills 
  • Strategic, analytic and structured thinking ability
