Job Description 

The Analyst/Sr. Analyst of Change Management will be at the center of the company’s largest transformation efforts helping to support our people through adopting new ways of working.  They are responsible for deeply understanding the impact that a project will have on associates and developing plans for driving successful change.  They will work closely with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to communicate changes and train associates. 

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Create and manage change impact documents detailing out the specifics of the change  
  • Identify and execute communication to support the successful adoption, including content creation  
  • Create a thorough training strategy to support building knowledge of new roles, process and tools  
  • Identify training content needs, partner with experts to develop content and coordinate execution 
  • Partner with project executive sponsors and functional experts to understand the future state definition, who it impacts and the type of change 
  • Maintain deep understanding of change readiness, areas of resistance and partners with Executive Sponsors to address  
  • Create and execute go-live support and adoption plans 
  • Develop and execute sustainment plans to ensure the future state is maintained after initial adoption 
  • Create, update, and maintain high-quality initiative deliverables to satisfy project needs 
  • Partner across initiatives with other Change Leads to manage overlapping change in the organization and creatively problem solve to ensure roll-out success  

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  
  • Excellent communication skills and strong project management capabilities 
  • Ability to build coalitions and inspire trust with cross-functional partners and leaders  
  • Self-starter; proactive and independent 
  • Creative approach to problem solving with an inquisitive, humble, team-oriented, and optimistic attitude 
  • Ability to think strategically and link the change to the "bigger picture" 
  • Project experience preferred
