Studio Coordinator (Hollister & Gilly Hicks)

What Will You Be Doing? 

This is an entry level role with the following responsibilities:

Studio Responsibilities (majority of role):

  • Collaborate with the Omni Stylist/Lead Stylist to create an ongoing priority list and assist in prepping/organizing appropriate merchandise/racks to maximize shoot efficiency.
  • Keep track of samples (between flat sets and retouching, between campaign and floorsets) and maintain and organize the sample closet (including washing before and after shoots); hang and organize samples based on set date, work with the noted teams to monitor and obtain late / missing samples. 
  • Support the efficiency and organization of the prop/accessory closets (shoes, accessories, undergarments).
  • Download the styling team on any notes made by the merchant/product merchandising team.
  • Ensure that the model dressing areas are clean and maintained and that OFP models have clear instructions for getting into looks with speed and accuracy.
  • There may be an opportunity to assist (prep racks, dress talent) on e-comm sets.
  • Audit and ensure styling kits and supplies are in-stock. Assist with the packing and shipping of campaign photo shoot trunks (pull items from the DC, transfer sizing out of the campus store, print labels from the mailroom, move trunks to the mailroom, unpack and reorganize samples upon return).

Visual Responsibilities:

  • Execute detailed form photos (photoshop and document creation for all tiers) based on the outfitting created by Styling team.  
  • Place in folders on the team server and share with cross-functional team members.
  • Ensure window forms are steamed and detailed.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  

  • Experience in assisting styling or visual merchandising in a fast-paced cross-functional team
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and passionate about branding and the e-commerce landscape
  • Must have strong communication skills: team-orientated, positive, proactive and business-savvy
  • Desire to stay up to date on e-commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to the A&F’s competitive landscape
