The Abercrombie & Fitch Human Resources team is dedicated to identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining the best and brightest within the retail industry and beyond. This unique opportunity on our team will focus on supporting the Campus Security team.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What will you be doing?

• Greet, check-in, and assist all associates and visitors in a warm and inviting manner
• Contribute to Security team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and goals as needed
• Prioritize and manage projects and follow through with issues and deadlines in a timely manner
• Answer phones and direct all incoming calls in a professional way, promptly and efficiently
• Assist with communications and event needs of the department
• Handle additional requests as they arise
• Maintain confidentiality for associates, candidates and visitors at all times
• Sustain a safe and clean reception area at all times

What will you need to bring?

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the larger team
• Passion for the A&F brands
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• A strong desire for adventure & curiosity
• Desire to learn & hunger for more!
