    Job Description

    The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry-level position in Stores Human Resources. The primary responsibilities include reporting, discovery, auditing, and projects. The ability to work on a variety of HR initiatives provides the Coordinator broad experience in developing their HR knowledge and know-how.

    What will you be doing?

     Produce various reports on HR metrics, legal compliance, operational efficiency, etc.

     Track and monitor performance development plans

     Audit loss prevention terminations

     Produce legal discovery responses

     Respond to records subpoenas on behalf of the company

     Coordinate required federal and state poster audits

     Process department invoices and purchase orders

     Communicate with store associates to resolve procedural and policy issues

     Coordinate various HR projects

     Other duties as assigned

    What will you need to bring?

    ​​​​​​​ BA/BS Degree Required

     Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel 

     Intermediate MS Access (Tables, Queries, Reports, Forms, Linking Tables, etc.) ideal

     Intermediate MS Word

     Intermediate MS PowerPoint

     Intermediate Internet Explorer

     HRIS Database (PeopleSoft, ADP, or other HRIS database) ideal

     Fluent in French and English
