Our Creative Marketing Designers are focused on creating digital visual content across all marketing channels based on established style guides and art direction provided by our teams. Designers collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Digital Strategists, Merchants, and Brand Marketing teams to create innovative and on-brand creative for our global brands. Designers recognize the value of a connected brand experience from our digital channels to stores, have a passion for solving problems, influence in a cross-functional context, and deliver exceptional design. As a member of our creative team, you’ll be encouraged to push boundaries and stay curious in leading our brands forward. 

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Work closely with your in-season design team to concept and implement a cohesive visual style for weekly and monthly brand marketing campaigns. 

  • Partner with design leads, digital strategists, merchants and developers on a daily basis to visualize and execute design solutions across all branded omni-channel touchpoints. 

  • Collaborate with content and copy teammates to elevate the visual storytelling around trend and lifestyle stories for product campaigns. 

  • Maintain consistent on-brand creative standards using a brand style guide. 

  • Manage design workflow and deadlines within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

  • Contribute to presentations with department and company leadership. 

  • Maintain an intimate understanding of the brand DNA and customer and stay up-to-date on fashion e-commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to A&F’s competitive landscape. 

  • Utilize a strong sense of team-orientated, positive, proactive and project-driving skills on a daily basis. 

 

What Do You Need to Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience 

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA 

  • Passion for the A&F brands and the role 

  • Ability to identify and interpret relevant fashion trends 

  • Solid technical skills with an impeccable taste level and eye for color 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills 

  • Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand 

  • A strong desire for adventure & curiosity 

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment 

  • Desire to learn & hunger for more! 

  • A portfolio is required with application  

The A&F Leadership Development Programs are highly competitive initiatives that offer immediate exposure to senior level management, as well as a carefully crafted balance between classroom sessions and hands-on experience. With a “promote from within” mentality in mind, these programs have been designed to shape top candidates into the future leaders of our company. The Leadership Development Programs feature an initial comprehensive training program up to six weeks long and continued career development through a custom curriculum.  

This comprehensive orientation program will include: 

  • Combination of classroom sessions and on-the-job training 

  • Relationship with a Mentor to guide learning in the new role 

  • Interactive presentations from a variety of senior leaders in the company 

  • Open and inclusive learning environment with fellow associates 

  • Integrated social activities to help transition to Columbus and the unique corporate culture at A&F 

  • Preparation to effectively manage a portion of the business in one of our critical areas at Home Office 

First year compensation for the A&F Leadership Development Program in Creative Marketing Design – Graphic Design starts at $53,500 plus bonuses.
