We are currently seeking a lead on the brand marketing team that will be responsible for leading all strategy and execution of Hollister’s Creator integration, oversight of Brand Ambassador Program, and the brand communication and PR strategy.  Hollister believes that connecting with our customer in the most authentic manner is a core key to success, and how we leverage the human side of that authentic connection is critical to how we win.  This manager will be responsible for incubating, developing, and engaging an ecosystem of people; including creators, brand agents, associates, loyal fans and customers; that ultimately drive brand health and key performance indicators.  Also, as it relates brand strategy, storytelling, and campaigns, this person will be responsible for leading and executing key brand press and communication opportunities to propel the brand forward. We believe that by fostering incredible relationships with incredible people, and enabling them to do incredible things together, we will continue to purposefully and authentically lead the way in the teen retail space.

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Assists in the 360 brand campaign planning process as an subject matter expert in talent and working with creators and people as a core component to the campaign and product strategy
  • Responsible for influencer & creator strategies and campaign talent execution layers
  • Responsible for the strategic management of the brand’s ambassador program
  • Oversees all affiliate programs for the brands, understands how to leverage affiliate ecosystem to drive business results
  • Represents brand on talent photoshoots and events where applicable
  • Understands how to navigate and identify whitespace at the intersection of brand culture and creators to build distinct and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Help build and develop brand external brand communication to elevate brand-level efforts to media outlets
  • Leads and strategizes all brand-level press opportunities and PR efforts, proactive and reactive
  • Responsible for developing and maintain media relationships as it pertains to brand press and media that matter
  • Heavily coordinates with social channels to ensure alignment for engagement and posting strategies
  • Works closely with media team to ensure maximized efforts around talent and usage are being worked through paid channels
  • Regularly works with creative leads to work through casting and shoot requirements
  • Leads new thinking as it relates to activating our large associate base to build brand love
  • Manages new ways to think about brand measurement and reporting as it relates to the impact of influencers, ambassador programs, and press strategies
  • Responsible for tracking and managing campaign budgets
  • Compile data for seasonal hindsight presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Works regularly with external agencies to build and drive industry-leading programs
  • Put the customer at the center of everything we do - Partner with Customer Insights team to shape research (brand health, target consumer, etc) and identify key insights and drive their integration into campaigns

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelors degree or related experience
  • Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn
  • 7-9 years of marketing experience with a brand or agency, emphasis on talent management, social media, and brand comms
  • Understanding of Gen Z and the global high school teen
  • Has experience building and motivating a team
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strategic, analytic and structured thinking ability
