    Job Description

    What will you be doing?

    • Developing quarterly, seasonal & trigger strategies for email campaigns
    • Evolving existing and developing new acquisition & retention strategies for Email
    • Partnering with Membership to engage Loyalty Members through Email channel
    • Brainstorming with Brand, Loyalty, Social, Media, Site & Stores Marketing Strategy teams as well as Creative partners; working cross-functionally to vet concepts
    • Creating wireframes/writing briefs for campaigns
    • Proactively seeking out past performance of campaigns to root recommendations and strategies
    • Handing strategies off to Creative partners & facilitating process
    • Providing feedback to Creative team in large group setting
    • Keeping a pulse on direct competitors and aspirational brands; sharing inspiration with the Email team and ideating off of these examples to continue to push Hollister Email forward

    What will you need to bring?

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
    • 5 Years total; 3+ years developing and Email Marketing Strategies for clients in retail, hospitality, B2C
    • Ability to think both analytically and creatively; ability to translate Brand objectives and customer insights into compelling stories driving intended customer behavior
    • Agency background preferred
    • Confidence speaking up in large group brainstorms & feedback sessions; fantastic follow-through after vetting feasibility
    • Ability to work independently toward solutions and escalate as needed
    • Proven ability to build relationships cross-team and history of collaboratively getting to solutions
    • Strong project management skills
