    The Operational Email Testing Coordinator will support email marketing for multiple brands, including domestic and international campaigns for store and online channels. This position will be responsible for creating new email templates as well as updating and enhancing existing ones. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and omni-channel marketing to ensure campaign quality assurance and deployment approval. This individual will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class messaging to our customers. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellence is a must!

    What will you be doing?

    • Conducting direct digital testing and validation for emails
    • Delivering enhancements and changes to transactional emails, including final validation of campaigns
    • Assisting in the development of new technical integrations, including data feeds, API requirements, template designs, and 3rd party integrations
    • Participating in requirements sessions and delivering customer marketing for omni-channel initiatives
    • Executing omni-channel marketing campaign testing. including set-up with vendor partners
    • Partnering with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure flawless delivery of marketing campaigns - including database targeting & data quality, legal, web design, copy, etc.
    • Effectively manage 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure alignment with campaign planning and deployment, achieve efficient process flows and strategize future initiatives

    What will you need to bring?

    • Bachelor's Degree required, focus in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
    • 0-2 years of marketing experience, understanding of email processes, or strong interest in e-commerce preferred
    • Logical, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solver mindset
    • Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to improve processes
    • Ability to multitask while working under tight deadlines
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Must perform well in high pressure situations and balance competing priorities
    • Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
    • Proficient in Excel & Adobe Creative Suite a plus
