    Job Description

    The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing all US compliance related to foreign entities (e.g. Form 5471, 8858, etc.), working with outside service providers to comply with all local income tax reporting requirements, preparing ASC 740 documentation, assisting in tax audits and special projects as they pertain to income or other relevant taxes. Provide support for other areas of the tax department on an as needed basis. This position reports to the Sr. Manager – International Tax.

    What will you be doing?

    • Assist in managing compliance with tax accounting policies and procedures (including Sarbanes-Oxley)
    • Prepare IRS forms related to foreign entities
    • Assist in managing international compliance and tax audits
    • Prepare reconciliation of tax-related general ledger accounts
    • Assist in the preparation of the income tax provision
    • Prepare provision-to-return work papers
    • Monitor changes in local country income tax rates
    • Research tax laws to ensure compliance
    • Assist in resolving issues with various taxing authorities

    What will you need to bring?

    • BA/BS Degree in Accounting
    • 1+ year of corporate tax experience in either public accounting or industry
    • Knowledge of income tax concepts
    • Strong accounting and computer skills
    • Thomson-Reuters One Source compliance experience a plus
    • Ability to manage various tasks to meet all compliance deadlines
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
