    The Fraud Coordinator will aid in the analysis of data to identify fraudulent e-commerce transactions for the Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, and Hollister brands. FAs use the fraud system Accertify to review these higher risk transactions.

    What will you be doing?

    • Analyzing data to identify fraudulent transactions utilizing company fraud management system, Accertify
    • Investigating assigned work queues to determine risk potential based on established fraud systems and procedures
    • Developing / presenting fraud solutions and/or suggesting additional rules based on current trends
    • Placing appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken and the reasoning behind the decision
    • Ensuring proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce interactions
    • Maintaining thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched quickly
    • Achieving assigned Key Performance Indicators – e.g. Orders per hour, Quality
    • Attending Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    What will you need to bring?

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some university or post-secondary education preferred
    • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience
    • Past retail or fraud experience preferred
    • Excellent written communication skills - using proper grammar with smooth flow
    • Strong customer service, analytical, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, and changing environment
    • Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
    • Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
    • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
    • Ability to type 35 WPM minimum with accuracy
    • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
