    Job Description

    This individual will be part of a group of Systems professionals responsible for Enterprise Collaboration across the globe. The Enterprise Collaboration team is responsible for design, implementation, and support of our Unified Communications, Office 365, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. This individual’s primary focus will be Unified Communications project delivery and support. In addition, this individual must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of simultaneously prioritizing and managing a variety of complex project tasks and support activities in a fast-paced environment.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Design, implement, and manage day-to-day operations of a UC infrastructure in a global enterprise environment
    • Plan and document multi-step complex changes and develop disaster recovery procedures
    • Ability to communicate effectively in all business relationships and various levels of management in a clear and direct manner
    • Be able to contact and work with vendor support for hardware and/or software problem resolution
    • Serve as an escalation point for our Level 2 support and Helpdesk teams
    • Be available for rotating 24/7 on-call support

    What Do You Need To Bring?

    • Minimum 4 year degree required
    • Preferred experience in Microsoft Skype, Skype for Business, or Lync voice experience including Power Shell dial plans, profiles and Direct Routing experience
    • Preferred experience in Voice Gateway and protocol experience including SIP, H.323, CUBE, ISDN, Codec, Analog Technologies, Media Gateways, and SBC’s (Session Border Controller)
    • Preferred experience in carrier management including circuit ordering, installation and monitoring
    • Ability to support Audio, Video and Web Conferencing including Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx
    • Preferred experience in Microsoft 365 Administration including user support, SharePoint, One Drive Office, OneNote, Planner, Stream etc.
    • Preferred experience in Microsoft Exchange Email Administration including Outlook, SMTP and PowerShell Scripting
    • Cisco Voice administration in Communications Manager, Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Connection including bulk administration and RTMT
    • Strong knowledge in dial plan design and implementation including E-911
    • UC client support including Teams, Skype for Business, Jabber, WebEx and Finesse
    • Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts, and experience troubleshooting network issues including QoS concerns
    • Basic understanding of DNS, firewall, and load balanced environments
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, logging, and virtualization
    • Ability to interact with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
    • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must possess strong organization skills, including a keen attention to detail
    • Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience (Microsoft Intune and Workspace One)
    • Experience with various Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10, Azure, MS Lync and SharePoint in a retail landscape
    • Experience with Contact Center Express including CUCM integration, basic scripting, HA and reporting 
    • Microsoft Teams Call Queues and Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console
