Job Description

The E-Commerce team at Abercrombie & Fitch is the driving force behind all our innovative digital and omni-channel operations. This team is focused on developing, designing, testing, and implementing new and improved ways for our customers to experience the brands both in stores and online.

This individual will work as part of the Digital Product Management Team to help define and execute the Abercrombie store experience business strategy and roadmap

 

What will you be doing?

  • Identify opportunities and facilitate implementation of optimizations and enhancements in your product area
  • Intake and manage requests from A&F stakeholders from across the organization
  • Coordinate among internal A&F stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise objectives
  • Track, prioritize and drive product backlog execution
  • Define and track key performance indicators for a product area
  • Define analytical test optimization opportunities and lead execution
  • Leverage analytics to form & share data-driven insights
  • Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving OMNI space & best practices within product area, especially competitor offerings
  • Be a thought leader in technology, design and user experience
  • Translate strategy into projects and drive project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas (IT, Design, UX, Store Operations, OMNI, Store Construction, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution

What will you need to bring?

  • College degree required
  • 3 or more years of Digital Product Management experience
  • 5 or more years of Retail experience
  • Understanding of the Digital space and experience, technologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms, Omniture Analytics (or similar) and bug tracking systems preferred
  • Curious, analytical mindset and aptitude for problem solving
  • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Natural leader, with ability to bring a group to consensus and inspire enthusiasm towards the goals of the team.
  • Strong communication skills
