Job Description

Lead Sales Strategies and Initiatives to achieve Tele & Web Sales. (B2B & B2C)

  • Participate actively in planning activities to formulate the annual budget of New Toyota Sales (Tele and Web) by month/product/region for the expected revenue, profitability and productivity.
  • Monitor the Stock Management for the best utilization of product mix and sales mix and ensuring fair and optimized allocation of New Toyota vehicles across sales channels aligned with the monthly/annual budget
  • Monitors e-sales operation and stock allocations regularly and suggests necessary ideas/countermeasures to help to achieve annual budgets and ensure consistencies in Tele & Web Production Orders across KSA.
  • Analyses evaluates and presents information concerning factors such as business situations and market trends for consideration by the management team.
  • Responsible for leading post-implementation sales initiatives through sales achievement and optimum stock month.
  • Ensure that Strategic Logistics Initiatives are in-line with sales requirements and adequate support provided to implement.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Channels to formulate Service Level agreement related to logistical KPIs by reviewing the logistical KPIs regularly and ensure that corrective actions are taken to meet the service level agreements.
  • Responsible for providing IT with the necessary business requirements for the new initiatives and ensuring adequate support is provided to implement by coordinating with IT Team helping them to build system aligned with business needs.
  • Strengthen proper coalition with all finance companies through target alignment by product/centre/month and best integration for more sales
  • Communicate to head of e-commerce vehicle the daily sales momentum, stock situation, strategic initiatives and sales plan which also includes necessary communication to other HO associates to keep them updated on new directions and set expectations accordingly.
  • Engagement with TMO Product directors helping to build Product Strategy and monthly tactical plans.
  • Communicate, share knowledge and expertise to build consensus with Regional Operation on budget allocation, stock allocations and incentive schemes.
  • Communicates with Marketing Team on market feedback, sales plan finalization, product allocation issues and business reform kaizen projects.
  • Ensure that the sales related issues are resolved immediately by strong follow-up and coordination with different marketing departments, VLD, JACS and frontline associates.
  • Develop a strong relationship with frontline to identify their needs and to support them with all materials and the knowledge they need to achieve sales numbers.
  • Review and monitor sales performance and do correlation study to check the impact of guest traffic, incentive schemes and marketing activities/campaigns by identifying gaps and opportunities and hence subsequently formulating action plans.
  • Formulate and design plans of motivating salesman incentive schemes to boost sales performance by keep on Kaizening the process based upon feedback and sales trend.
  • Allocate budgets to the regions based upon channel numbers by segmenting sales history, growth, salesman productivity and new networks.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures which include interviewing, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance and rewarding.
  • Introduce technology in the business process to maximize and sustain the benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.

Trained in Toyota Way Problem Solving Methodology.

Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 2 years in a management role

Additional Information

Total monthly pay: 22,000 SAR
