Role and Responsibilities
The MAVYRET HCP Marketing Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies and tactical initiatives across peer-to-peer (P2P) education, conferences, and HCP personal promotional channels to support MAVYRET’s commercial objectives. This individual will partner with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence, Center of Excellence, Medical Affairs, Medical and Regulatory Review, OEC, Legal, sales leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders; lead multiple agencies; and manage a significant budget.
Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities for the MAVYRET Marketing Manager position include but are not limited to:
- Lead P2P strategy and execution, working with cross-functional partners to deliver brand messaging through peer-to-peer content and programming.
- Serve as the brand lead for Speaker Program Operations, collaborating with P2P marketers to strengthen cross-brand coordination and advance P2P initiatives while maintaining current compliance guidelines and integrating updates into brand processes.
- Manage the MAVYRET Speaker Bureau in partnership with Propel, overseeing speaker utilization, content, and program execution
- Partner with brand leads to develop, optimize, and manage core HCP personal promotional assets
- Develop MAVYRET conference strategy, presence, and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent execution and pull-through of HCP brand strategy across promotional touchpoints while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, including shepherding new data through the Consistent with FDA-required Labeling (CFL) process.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer insights into stakeholder-specific messaging, strengthen brand communications, and optimize promotional claims in alignment with approved labeling.
- Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects, budgets, timelines, measurement, and optimization of promotional initiatives.
- Assess market dynamics and competitive activity in the fast-paced DAA market and develop market-shaping strategies across channels.
- Build an effective partnership with the C-Force sales leadership team to incorporate field insights into HCP marketing tactics and brand strategy.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Marketing experience, specifically in strategy
- Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into messages, creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timeline and budget management
- Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
- Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives
- Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, and internal cross functional partners.
- Deep campaign experience (e.g., core message development or brand story work)
- Proven connectivity to field sales force; alignment to communications
- Ability to influence senior management
