Working within a growing internal agency, you will combine strong scientific writing, referencing, and content-authoring skills with AI-assisted workflows to efficiently repurpose approved content while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory and medical-legal compliance. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, collaborate with freelancers, and help shape the Internal Agency’s expanding content capabilities.

- Creation of commercial and medical materials, including initial research, writing, referencing, editing and the creation and oversight of reference decks and grids
- Work directly in content authoring software (e.g., eWizard, Canva, or similar platforms) to build, format, and manage promotional assets end to end.
- Leverage generative AI tools to efficiently adapt and repurpose content from existing approved materials across formats and channels, while ensuring scientific accuracy, in accordance with AbbVie's guidelines.
- Proof, edit, and proactively review content to ensure scientific accuracy and consistency with copy, referencing, and product presentation while meeting established deadlines.
- Develop content in collaboration with franchise and cross-functional review processes (Medical, Regulatory, Legal, etc.)
- Collaborate with account management team, and graphic designers in the creation of materials

- Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., eWizard, Canva), component content management systems, and AI-assisted writing, editing, and content analysis tools is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the PAAB Code and Innovative Medicines Canada (IMC) Code is considered an asset.
