Job Description
Lead the development and profitable growth of the Retail channel through strategic management of key accounts, building long-term customer partnerships and developing commercial plans that maximize brand growth, availability and execution at the point of sale.
- Develop and lead the commercial strategy for key Retail accounts.·
- Build long-term, senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, commercial teams and other key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, trading terms, investments and growth plans.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, new channels and category development.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, distribution, market share, pricing and promotional performance.
- Manage customer commercial budgets and maximize return on commercial investment.
- Turn customer and market information into actionable business insights.
- Lead complex negotiations with strategic customers.
- Effectively manage conflict, commercial pressure and multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Commercial SalesPrevious commercial experience in consumer goods or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing Retail chains and leading commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data sources like Nielsen or IQVIA.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, commercial investments and financial performance.
- Experience with major pharmacy chains, retailers and/or omnichannel platforms is preferred.
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).Willingness and availability to travel as needed
