Job Description

Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical elements of the brand plan, including patient segmentation, customer insights, messaging, positioning, and promotional activities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement consumer marketing initiatives that drive disease awareness, patient engagement, treatment consideration, and brand growth within Multiple Myeloma. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing Directors and cross-functional team members to develop and execute consumer marketing plans that support Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and performance goals.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, tactical planning, and marketing strategy development through analysis of customer insights, market dynamics, and brand performance.
  • Support the implementation of patient-focused segmentation, messaging, and promotional campaigns across consumer channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage the development and execution of consumer marketing initiatives, including digital, social, patient education, advocacy, and omnichannel programs.
  • Collaborate with medical, regulatory, legal, market access, patient services, and agency partners to ensure effective and compliant execution of marketing activities.
  • Analyze market research, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend optimizations.
  • Support initiatives designed to improve patient awareness, engagement, and experience across the Multiple Myeloma treatment journey.
  • Manage assigned marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution excellence.
  • Support product launch activities, lifecycle management initiatives, and brand growth strategies within the Multiple Myeloma portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related marketing experience with demonstrated progression in marketing responsibilities.
  • Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience preferred.
  • Consumer or patient marketing experience preferred, including experience supporting omnichannel campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Product launch experience preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and agency partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in oncology and/or cross-channel marketing highly preferred.
