Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as HR Business Partner. In this role, you will provide comprehensive Business Partnering, reporting to the HR Director for Poland. HR Business Partner manages the delivery of HR services across the business. Key aspect of the role requires that HR Business Partner acts as a liaison between the business and corporate HR. Provides HR expertise to the business strategy and consulting on a variety of HR function issues. You will also have numerous opportunities to contribute to initiatives and to participate in a wide range of projects.

The role is located in Warsaw, hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

Key requirements:

  • Serves as the primary strategic partner to the business by developing HR strategies, assessing needs, and delivering HR solutions.
  • Ensures the effective implementation of all HR programs and services.
  • Establishes, builds, and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners across all practice areas and service centers to ensure HR activities are well coordinated and meet business needs, including relationship management, leadership, HR roles and responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.
  • Coordinates and implements HR strategies to meet the organizational needs of the supported parts of the organization.
  • Ensures that actions and delivery align with the overall HR strategy and meet business needs.
  • Ensures compliance with country laws, regulations, policies, and practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR generalist, with proven experience managing multiple areas of HR. Experience in complex international organizations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities is preferred. Broad understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and their impact on the business.
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Adaptive learner.
  • Business acumen.
  • Analytical skills, along with an interest in HR technology and AI: experience in adoption and deployment, plus curiosity and learning agility to keep pace with change.
  • Language skills: English - advanced; Polish - good command.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is an advantage.
