Job Description

The Manager, HCP Marketing, supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on health care providers for the BOTOX Cosmetic. This role will champion customer marketing asset development, business model execution and field team support, provider-focused campaigns, and promotions, competitive planning, and sales force connectivity and engagement, The Manager will work fluidly between cross-functional partners and external agencies and must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of HCP-targeted assets, messaging, and educational content aligned to business objectives and field needs.
  • Oversight of agency relationships and effective management of the marketing budget.
  • Guide competitive monitoring and planning, as well as asset development to for competitive strategies
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, launches, and pricing initiatives to drive consideration, trial, and conversion.
  • Drive connectivity and engagement between the brand and cross functional teams, delivering strategic tools, resources, and agile communications to support field impact.
  • Ensure excellence in execution and compliance by fostering strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
  • Monitor performance and KPIs, leveraging insights and field feedback to optimize initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing/brand management experience executing 360-degree brand campaigns
  • Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, fashion, wellness or CPG marketing
    Agency Management experience preferred
