Job Description

As Asst  Mgr of CRM Digital Product in Allergan, you will participate in developing and executing the strategies and visions for the Allergan CRM digital portfolio, and will assist line manager to lead and collaborate with the team to develop and manage product features (2B & 2C ) and innovations based on CRM strategy and business vision. 

You will also use your interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams to to bring products to market and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate should be a skilled expert in the areas of digital product management and user experience design with self-motivated.

 

  • Engage in CRM product planning and design, including requirement analysis, feature design, and user experience optimization.
  • Responsible for developing product requirements, specifications, and use cases  based on the CRM business strategy, make sure the product feature is executed successfully by following company guideline and internal process requirement as well as fully cooperate with compliance and the Business IT process internally and externally.
  • Engage key stakeholders to align business needs and update progress and plans to improve 2B2C user experience with the thinking of B2B2C business model.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales team, brand team, commercial team, legal & compliance, SFE, business IT etc.) and lead vendors (engineers, designers) to execute product plan and achieve the business target.
  • Data insight and presentation/training: deliver consumer behavior insights and tracking reports periodically to encourage more participation and optimization with digital innovation mindset.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant products delivery and projects management experience
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional product sense, problem solver with solid analytical skills;
  • Good communication skills and strong ownership
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Advanced skills in product design tools such as:  Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch
  • Experienced at technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization (Healthy industry, FMCG. B2B2C brands) is a plus.
