Job Description
Position Overview
The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership and business support for US Body Contouring products and team. The position is responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis related to all planning cycles (Plan, LBEs, LRP, ADS), launch assessments as well as associated analytics and supporting presentation materials for review with Company Commercial and Finance as well as leadership. The individual must develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business to facilitate optimal decision making through cross-functional collaboration with various teams such as Marketing, Sales, MABI, Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy (PCS), Field Force Operations, Incentive Compensation, Pricing, Gross-to-Net and Loyalty Programs, Commercial Finance, Operations and Customer Service. This highly visible role offers opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership in Company and Finance as well as leading a team and people development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the US Body Contouring team and support people development across the function.
- Manage direct reports by coaching, developing careers, and maintaining a high-performing team.
- Work with a high degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and accountability.
- Oversee financial deliverables to ensure they align with strategy, business goals, and timelines.
- Build clear business narratives and presentations that support decision-making and comply with legal and corporate standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key business insights.
- Develop strategies and operational solutions to improve performance and resolve business issues.
- Lead planning and forecasting processes, including Plan, LBEs, LRP, ADS, and S&OP, with accurate supporting documentation and stakeholder alignment.
- Review and improve forecasts by analyzing trends, forecast accuracy, and proposals with Commercial and Global Operations partners.
- Apply technical expertise to enhance forecasting models and support strategic decisions.
- Partner across the organization to drive performance, manage risks, and align supply and demand with Global Operations.
- Deliver financial reporting, P&L management, investment analysis, ad hoc analysis, and executive-level updates for senior leaders and external communications.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, P&L management, forecasting, cost accounting, auditing, and/or financial reporting; pharmaceutical or consumer industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or higher education preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, translate insights into forecasts, and assess financial impacts of marketing, promotions, and competitive activity.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and use tools like SAP, BPC, PowerBI, and Excel.
