Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, Migraine/Botox, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in providing support to the Migraine and Botox General Manager and two Brand Team Leads.
Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing Migraine and Botox brand team initiatives and projects within IMCO, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and diverse internal partners, ensuring alignment and success across key initiatives. The Project Manager will manage timelines, resources, and communications to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget. This role is also accountable for creating and maintaining a strong governance process to track project progress, ensure compliance, and drive accountability across all team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Migraine/Botox brand team projects, delivering initiatives on-time and within budget. Ensure all projects align with IMCO standards, with regular monitoring and reporting against these key success criteria.
- Provide strategic support to the GM and support the preparation and creation of high-quality presentations as needed, collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure clear and impactful communication of key initiatives and results.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust governance process, prioritizing performance tracking for both financial and strategic imperatives.
- Manage budget processes (including monthly forecasts, team coordination for project updates, and vendor management) in close collaboration with the finance partner.
- Oversee and enhance internal communications, manage team portals/sites and key documentation for easy access.
- Drive process improvements to facilitate effective collaboration throughout the portfolio.
- Manage and maintain the Migraine/Botox team calendar of events to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with key milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong project management and financial (budget) acumen.
- Proven internal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in building executive-level presentations and reports.
- Experience with digital tools and project management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance processes and keep projects on track.
