The Associate Director (AD) will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will assist in the launch planning, strategy and go-to-market execution for the launch of oral medication in Parkinson’s Disease. In addition, this person will take the lead on all personal and non-personal promotional initiatives related to the launch including developing ISA, P2P, playbook, omnichannel strategy, print materials, website, digital assets, and working with cross-functional partners for ad boards, congresses, and advocacy efforts. The AD will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders to enable an integrated and successful launch execution. In addition, the AD will manage a team of Marketing Managers and their development.

The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on business needs.

  • Launch strategy development – This individual will assist in the development of the go to market strategy and tactical planning, including participating in LSRs and LRRs.
  • Execution of Professional Tactics – This person will execute, in partnership with the agency and MRL partners, key Professional tactics to support the business focusing on rep channels and digital footprint.
  • Sales Force Engagement – This individual will partner closely with the sales force and sales training to develop comprehensive and effective tools that will allow for a strong launch.
  • Finance – This individual will oversee the budget for personal promotion items related a launch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.
  • Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of relevant brand marketing experience
  • Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing
  • Pharmaceutical launch experience
  • Strategic and tactical planning experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree
