Overview: 
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as awareness of new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem such as Agentforce, Agentforce Marketing, Data Cloud, and related roadmap initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, configure, and support solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Specifically Journey Builder) 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
  • Implement and scale our International Commercial Omni Channel Marketing solution 
  • Implement and maintain complex multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and audience segmentation 
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and products like Mulesoft, Data Lake (Palantir Foundry), Veeva CRM. 
  • Participate in architectural decisions for marketing automation and data flows 
  • Design, build, and optimize Journey designs, Custom API integrations etc. 
  • Stay updated on the Salesforce roadmap, with particular attention to Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and emerging features 
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal performance and security of our Marketing cloud solutions 
  • Document technical solutions and provide training/support for marketing teams 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Solid understanding of Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud APIs 
  • Knowledge of broader CRM ecosystem (Veeva CRM, Service Cloud, Mulesoft) 
  • Knowledge of new developments and upcoming features in Salesforce, particularly those related to Data Cloud and Agentforce 
  • Experience with marketing automation best practices 
  • Ability to design and architect solutions for integrations, data flows, and scalable campaigns 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills 

Preferred: 

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) 
  • Experience with customer data platforms or cloud data architecture 
  • Exposure to AI-driven features and roadmap components within Salesforce products
