The Finance Manager, Immunology Pipeline provides business support to facilitate informed decision-making regarding our Pipeline Programs, including insights on sales, COGS, royalties, profit sharing, R&D and SG&A. It involves leading financial modeling and P&L valuation for LRP, portfolio reviews, business development, and governance cycles, and uploading approved financial P&L into BPC. The role also focuses on process improvements, particularly with COGS and SG&A assumptions. Additionally, the position oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, provides variance analysis, and ensures accurate management reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborates and provides routine business support to enable informed decision-making regarding Pipeline Programs. Including insights on Sales impacts, COGS, Royalties, Profit Sharing, R&D and SG&A. Partners with business and proposes solutions to achieve strategic goals with Pipeline programs.
- Leads Financial P&L Modeling and valuation support for LRP, Portfolio Review, Business Development and Governance Cycles. Responsible for uploading approved Financial P&L into BPC as well as Commercial P&L’s to Portfolio Analytics
- Process improvements for assumptions related to COGS and SG&A, working with cross functional team in Operations and Commercial.
- Supports key projects and initiatives (e.g. planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and drives process improvements. Supports ad hoc analysis as required.
- Key participant in designing and maintaining Franklin P&L Modeling tool and propose and work through enhancements for Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis.
- Oversee/manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, including P&L, headcount, using BPC and other planning systems. Partners with business and proposes solutions to achieve budget within guidelines and to operate within approved budget.
- Provides relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develops meaningful management reporting schedules and ensures accuracy and predictability of results and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
- Willingness to learn about new topics related to Pipeline

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
