Job Description
In our FP&A department within Commercial Pharma at the Wiesbaden site, you will be working in a team of talented people and experienced management experts. Through valuable analyses and research efforts, you will be laying down benchmarks and shaping the future of our brand.
Together, we break through – as FP&A Consolidation Manager (all genders)
Make your mark:
- Coordination of a team of 2-3 including recruiting, goal setting, coaching, development, feedback, performance review, administrative (e.g. holidays, sickness leaves) as well as on- or offboarding activities
- Interpreting financial results and recommend options
- Measuring financial performance of the commercial organization and assuring timely and accurate input for month end reporting and monthly forecasts
- Leading Consolidation Activities for ABV Commercial Pharma Business during Month End Close, LBE, Update, Plan and LRP cycles which includes creation of financial reports and system preparation in close alignment with Brand Finance
- Taking responsibility in cross-functional teams by supporting them with their budgetary and other finance-related needs with exposure to Affiliate leadership members
- Contribute in Affiliate-wide financial processes and partner with other finance departments
- Play an active role in project management of upcoming AREA initiatives in regard to systems and/or process changes (e.g. migration/integration of new consolidation system – visualization systems, etc.)
- Enhance existing reporting structure and implement new ideas
- Provide Ad-Hoc Analysis on financial results and advice on the financial impact/implications of decision(s)
- Complying with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of AbbVie
Qualifications
This is how you can make a difference:
- University degree with at least 5 years experience in Finance, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting including leadership experience
- Excellent analytical and data processing skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix international organization and with a variety of independent planning systems and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact within finance as well as within commercial organization in cross-functional teams
- Excellent written / oral German and English skills
- Advanced capability in PowerBI and Microsoft Office, including MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge in SAP CO and FI module
