At Dentalcare Mt Barker, we're looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a part-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining chairside assisting with front desk reception duties.

You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while supporting our clinicians to deliver exceptional care.

As part of our close-knit team, you'll enjoy a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including:

• Assisting dentists with a variety of clinical procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
• Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock
• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Working closely with the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred)
• Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Has a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever needed
