Trainee Dental Assistant | Maven Dental Busselton

No previous dental experience is required - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care. We'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in dentistry.

As a Dental Assistant, you will be trained to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:

• Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
• Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping and processing payments.

As our successful applicant, you will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
• Strong time management and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
